React Native Lead (Mobile Development): Leading the design and development of an SDK and mobile applications for a global gaming leader with an accent on scalability and high-performance player experiences. Location: Hybrid (3 days per week from Gdansk or Krakow). Must be authorized to work in Poland without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of a React Native SDK and mobile applications, aligning with product strategy.
• Mentor and guide a distributed team of developers, providing regular feedback and career support.
• Establish and enforce best practices in programming, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with native platform engineers, product managers, and designers to define technical requirements.
• Produce technical documentation and diagrams to communicate designs to leadership and development teams.
• Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks across diverse mobile platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating and deploying mobile apps using React Native for iOS and Android.
• Proven track record of leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of native Android/iOS architecture and the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Profound expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and related frameworks.
• Experience with Git and working within Agile development environments.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
