What you will do

• Perform chemical analysis using chromatographic instrumentation including HPLC-UV, GC-FID, and GC-MS.
• Maintain and update documents and records within the Quality Management System to ensure full traceability.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 17025 and OECD GLP standards for all generated data.
• Manage the receipt, registration, storage, and disposal of test and reference items.
• Perform timely maintenance, verification, and calibration of analytical instrumentation.
• Train and provide technical support to personnel regarding apparatus, methods, and techniques.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven working experience as a Laboratory Analyst.
• Direct experience in chemical analysis and the use of chromatographic instrumentation.
• Practical experience working with HPLC-UV, GC-FID, or GC-MS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards.
• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and report-writing skills.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Pretoria, South Africa.
