What you will do

• Develop and execute Luxembourg's communications and marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with global strategic goals.
• Advise the CEO and local business heads on executive messaging and internal/external communications to drive strategy buy-in.
• Lead change communication regarding the repositioning of the business and the expansion of Wholesale and Private Banking.
• Manage active relationships with key external stakeholders and media in Luxembourg, overseeing reputation management.
• Lead, manage, and develop the local Brand, Marketing and Communications team.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in PR, external communications, and marketing, preferably in financial or professional services.
• Degree-level qualification in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or Communications.
• Proven experience in crisis communications and leading communications for large-scale change projects.
• Ability to rapidly build and maintain strong relationships within the Luxembourg media landscape.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to advise and influence C-suite executives.
