What you will do

• Act as the principal engineer for complex IT solutions in a manufacturing environment, taking full responsibility for the entire solution.
• Design regional and global IT standards and solutions to ensure architectural consistency.
• Provide high-level technical support for major incidents and outages where contracted resources lack expertise.
• Manage local IT vendors, contractors, and service provider performance and deliverables.
• Oversee IT Capex budget, including consolidation, validation, and annual planning.
• Lead internal controls, audit processes, and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and supporting complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Experience leading plant-specific manufacturing projects.
• Portuguese language skills.
• PMI-based project management or ITIL certification.
