What you will do

• Develop new algorithms for high-performance industrial and consumer motor control applications.
• Integrate AI/ML algorithms into motor control software.
• Collaborate closely with the system engineering team on new product introductions.

Requirements

• Must have a valid visa and work permit for the Czech Republic.
• Strong background in motor control and practical experience with FOC/6-step control for PMSM/BLDC motors.
• Embedded programming experience in C.
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and debugging skills for embedded targets.
• English proficiency required for communication.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and independent problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Machine Learning on Edge.
• Knowledge of ASM, hardware design, schematic, and layout design.
• Experience with instrumentation like oscilloscopes, power meters, and motor benches.
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and software quality standards.
