Salary: $110,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Partner with manufacturing operations to provide guidance on cost performance, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support operational leadership with analysis of production volume, capacity utilization, and make/buy decisions.
• Manage the product costing process, including bills of material, labor standards, and variance analysis.
• Manage manufacturing overhead pools, allocation bases, and rate setting.
• Develop detailed cost models for new product introductions, pricing, and program bids.
• Assist with manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP accounting rules.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" per ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• MBA or professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Prior experience in the space or aerospace industry.
