What you will do
- Forecast and manage the office budget and handle expense reporting
- Manage vendor contracts and relations with the landlord
- Oversee office maintenance, improvements, and facility inspections
- Manage office infrastructure including access control, meeting rooms, and utilities
- Support internal communications, company events, and employer branding
- Coordinate the travel process and assist new hires with workstation setup
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar office management role
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in Excel and MS Suite
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure
