What you will do

• Analyze production flows regarding materials, work-in-progress, equipment, and information.
• Identify process improvements, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions using operational excellence tools such as Lean, WPO, and DEC.
• Work with diverse stakeholders to ensure process changes are well-understood and adopted.
• Assess and suggest digital tools to improve monitoring systems and real-time reporting.

Requirements

• Engineering student (Industrial, Mechanical, Production Systems, or related field) in 4th or 5th year.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong eye for detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for operational excellence in an industrial setting.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
