What you will do

• Create and maintain multi-axis CNC programs to ensure high-quality part production.
• Review and optimize machining processes to maximize efficiency and tool life.
• Collaborate on the design of jigs, fixtures, and special equipment for CNC applications.
• Implement and track cost-improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all programming adheres to established standards and best practices.
• Support the selection and integration of new equipment and tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or an equivalent field.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software, specifically Catia V5 and OpenMind HyperMill.
• Experience with 3D modeling and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional colleagues.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French or German.
• Experience with Visual Basic for macro development.
• Proven ability to improve complex machining strategies.
