What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the global Quality Program, from rubric design to continuous improvement.
• Lead large-scale initiatives to improve CSAT, NPS, and First Contact Resolution metrics.
• Design frameworks to proactively identify risks across human and AI-powered support systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence service roadmaps.
• Deliver high-impact Quality Business Reviews with actionable insights for leadership.
• Drive process automation and AI-assisted evaluation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Makati, Philippines and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
• Strong experience in program or product management, ideally within the tech space.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling insights.
• Experience working with AI-assisted tools and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and risk.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of moving initiatives from strategy to execution.
