What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s localisation strategy for the Netherlands to improve cultural relevance, clarity, and UX.
• Partner with product, growth, and regional teams to influence roadmap decisions using local market insights.
• Analyze user and subscription funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
• Adapt global product surfaces, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with Dutch users.
• Collaborate with the Dutch Language Manager and external partners to deliver high-quality language experiences.
• Build scalable processes for localisation reviews and user flow audits.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Dutch users and ability to translate cultural insight into product experiences.
• Experience in product growth, localisation, content design, or marketing within the Netherlands.
• Background in a SaaS, product-led, or high-growth tech environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Must be based in Amsterdam.
• Confidence using data to evaluate performance and drive funnel improvements.
