What you will do
- Own ’s localisation strategy for the Netherlands to improve cultural relevance, clarity, and UX.
- Partner with product, growth, and regional teams to influence roadmap decisions using local market insights.
- Analyze user and subscription funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
- Adapt global product surfaces, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with Dutch users.
- Collaborate with the Dutch Language Manager and external partners to deliver high-quality language experiences.
- Build scalable processes for localisation reviews and user flow audits.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Dutch users and ability to translate cultural insight into product experiences.
- Experience in product growth, localisation, content design, or marketing within the Netherlands.
- Background in a SaaS, product-led, or high-growth tech environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Must be based in Amsterdam.
- Confidence using data to evaluate performance and drive funnel improvements.
