What you will do

• Onboard new clients and guide them in building Digital Commons repositories according to their specifications.
• Collaborate with university faculty and librarians to launch new projects and implement publishing best practices.
• Develop strong professional relationships with clients to provide advice on digital libraries and academic publishing.
• Provide remote training to clients on using and customizing templated systems.
• Work with Strategic Advisers to provide comprehensive support for repository and publishing needs.
• Perform technical tasks including HTML/PDF editing, product testing, and content uploading.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (nuanced written, verbal, and aural comprehension).
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience using Editorial Manager or Digital Commons to manage submissions.
• Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, XML, and working with APIs.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (highly preferred).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of a third language.
