What you will do

• Lead 2LoD policy adherence testhirify.global and define comprehensive testhirify.global methodologies.
• Select risk-based samples ushirify.global data analytics and guide junior team members in execution.
• Challenge credit risk execution and control processes across 1LoD, Risk, and GCR functions.
• Independently draft high-quality QA reports and propose concrete process improvements.
• Monitor control performance and ensure timely remediation of identified gaps.
• Represent the organization in regulatory and audit engagements to ensure effective issue resolution.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of experience in credit risk, with preference for model validation or audit backgrounds.
• Solid understandhirify.global of retail credit portfolios and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience supervishirify.global junior colleagues and leadhirify.global strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to influence across functions.
