What you will do

  • Set and execute the Latam consumer and product communications strategy aligned with global narratives.
  • Develop accessible narratives explaining the everyday value of products like ChatGPT and Codex.
  • Lead earned media strategy across consumer, technology, lifestyle, and creator media in the region.
  • Identify and build stories showcasing practical, locally relevant use cases for AI products.
  • Define regional approaches to consumer education and influencer engagement.
  • Support local teams in building repeatable communications programs across priority Latam markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer, product, or technology communications.
  • Deep experience developing consumer-facing narratives for technology products.
  • Strong earned media relationships across consumer, technology, and lifestyle media.
  • Proven experience partnering with product, marketing, sales, legal, and policy teams.
  • Experience operating at the executive level in complex, high-profile environments.
  • Must be based in São Paulo with the ability to drive regional strategy.
