What you will do
- Set and execute the Latam consumer and product communications strategy aligned with global narratives.
- Develop accessible narratives explaining the everyday value of products like ChatGPT and Codex.
- Lead earned media strategy across consumer, technology, lifestyle, and creator media in the region.
- Identify and build stories showcasing practical, locally relevant use cases for AI products.
- Define regional approaches to consumer education and influencer engagement.
- Support local teams in building repeatable communications programs across priority Latam markets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consumer, product, or technology communications.
- Deep experience developing consumer-facing narratives for technology products.
- Strong earned media relationships across consumer, technology, and lifestyle media.
- Proven experience partnering with product, marketing, sales, legal, and policy teams.
- Experience operating at the executive level in complex, high-profile environments.
- Must be based in São Paulo with the ability to drive regional strategy.
