What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for a major media and advertising client.
• Design and evolve a high-performing RPO solution in a greenfield environment.
• Partner with stakeholders across the ANZ region to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes.
• Shape talent attraction, assessment, and hiring strategies from day one.
• Influence key stakeholders to implement best-in-class recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in Auckland, New Zealand.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or RPO environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Successful completion of background checks is required.
