What you will do

  • Own commercial strategy and sourcing execution across indirect spend categories like professional services, BPO, and consulting.
  • Lead sophisticated negotiations with external providers, including management consultancies and outsourcing partners.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to shape supplier decisions and provide commercial counsel.
  • Develop and maintain category strategies that align short-term sourcing with long-term business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost optimization through data-led analysis.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Risk teams to balance speed, value, and governance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related commercial discipline.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in complex, high-value negotiations.
  • Ability to operate independently at both strategic and executional levels.
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex internal environments.
  • Experience in high-growth technology, professional services, or consulting environments.
