What you will do

• Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and user experience.
• Analyze data to identify UI/UX enhancement opportunities and collaborate with design teams for implementation.
• Plan and manage on-site promotional programs to drive revenue and meet business goals.
• Work with category managers to optimize product merchandising and assortment strategies.
• Monitor and maintain website promotions, ensuring sanity checks on product listing and detail pages.
• Support business reporting by analyzing the impact and effectiveness of promotional programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, A/B testing, UI/UX enhancements, and web operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Microsoft Clarity, or PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of website design principles and project management methodologies.
