• Translate cultural and platform trends into usable, customisable creative assets.
• Build sequences, hooks, transitions, and story arcs that reflect real platform behaviors.
• Collaborate with Content Studio, Product, and Video teams to maintain alignment.
• Deliver content at pace while balancing craft, consistency, and scalability.
• Contribute to experimentation across motion, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation.

Requirements

• Deep immersion in social media culture with a strong understanding of video trends.
• Proven skills in video editing, motion design, and mobile-first storytelling.
• Ability to convert complex platform trends into templates usable by non-experts.
• Experience with rapid creative production and iterative design processes.
