What you will do

• Converse with AI models in Andean Spanish across diverse topics.
• Verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model outputs.
• Capture and document reproducible error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze regional colloquialisms, intonation patterns, and idiomatic expressions.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Andean Spanish (Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador).
• Must be based in Peru.
• Strong understanding of grammar, orthography, and regional cultural references.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication regarding linguistic analysis.
• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet.

Nice to have
