What you will do

• Converse with language models in Caribbean Spanish across a wide range of topics.
• Evaluate grammar, orthography, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, tone, and cultural relevance.
• Test regional colloquialisms, contextual interpretation, syntactic accuracy, and semantic precision.
• Document reproducible model failure modes and linguistic error traces.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Expertise in Caribbean Spanish, including regional varieties associated with Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, orthography, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references.
• Clear metacognitive communication and the ability to explain reasoning and linguistic judgments.
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work is relevant.
• A master's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field is ideal.
