What you will do

• Prepare work plans with specific milestones and deliverables for training and documentation.
• Design and produce digital, printed, and audiovisual materials for technical manuals and user guides.
• Map training priorities based on gap analysis and coordinate with the IT Directorate.
• Review and adjust documentation based on team recommendations and project requirements.
• Facilitate participatory training processes to strengthen organizational capacity.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Spanish (C2 level).
• Professional background in organizational capacity building and change management.
• Proven experience in designing and developing digital, printed, and audiovisual training materials.
• Familiarity with national health information systems in Guatemala.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working with international health organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in English.
• Existing relationships with U.S. Government stakeholders or MSPAS.
• Experience with virtual training tools.
