What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental coordination and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support business initiatives.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns alongside the Business Development team.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and manage team workflows.
• Prepare regular business reports, presentations, and maintain organized documentation.
• Document processes for AI integration and identify tasks suitable for automation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business support, project management, or administration.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and report preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
