What you will do

• Perform pre-silicon virtual tester simulations and emulation using industry-standard tools.
• Develop test programs on ATE platforms to support product qualification and characterization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of DFT requirements and test methodologies.
• Integrate AI-assisted automation into existing test workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional design, product, and manufacturing teams across global sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong fundamentals in circuits, semiconductors, and microcontrollers.
• Basic programming or scripting proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl.
• Analytical mindset with a strong desire to learn in an R&D environment.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in IC testing, RTL, or verification.
• Familiarity with industry-leading ATE platforms like Teradyne or Advantest.
