What you will do
- Identify and communicate performance and service delivery barriers to operational leaders.
- Analyze consolidated data to provide insights and enhance process improvements.
- Conduct agile training and quality feedback sessions for team members.
- Coordinate with Operations Support, Training, and HR to manage the new starter journey.
- Maintain deep product knowledge by taking calls and providing direct support to the team.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience.
- Ability to work according to US hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
