What you will do

• Identify and communicate performance and service delivery barriers to operational leaders.
• Analyze consolidated data to provide insights and enhance process improvements.
• Conduct agile training and quality feedback sessions for team members.
• Coordinate with Operations Support, Training, and HR to manage the new starter journey.
• Maintain deep product knowledge by taking calls and providing direct support to the team.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience.
• Ability to work according to US hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
