What you will do

• Support the long-term performance of electro-mechanical equipment through inspections and maintenance practices.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to preventive and reactive maintenance teams.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and downtime trends using SAP or CMMS tools to identify recurring issues.
• Conduct ZFA and RCFA analyses to drive continuous improvement and operational reliability.
• Apply predictive diagnostic methods such as thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and motor circuit testing.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to implement automatic lubrication systems and equipment care standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
• Advanced French or German language skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and reporting.
