What you will do

  • Own and execute the annual operating plan for Turkey, translating global strategy into local results.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across all channels.
  • Shape and deploy go-to-market strategies balancing scale, margin, and brand equity.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team through effective talent management.
  • Manage financial risk, cash flow, and credit exposure in partnership with finance teams.
  • Represent hirify.global with distributors, key partners, and external stakeholders to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in both Turkish and English.
  • Proven leadership experience in commercial, business development, or marketing roles within consumer/retail sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Turkish retail, distribution, and market dynamics.
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of P&L ownership.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key partners and scaling online channels.
  • Ability to navigate and deliver results within complex, cross-functional matrix organizations.
