What you will do
- Own and execute the annual operating plan for Turkey, translating global strategy into local results.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion across all channels.
- Shape and deploy go-to-market strategies balancing scale, margin, and brand equity.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team through effective talent management.
- Manage financial risk, cash flow, and credit exposure in partnership with finance teams.
- Represent with distributors, key partners, and external stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Turkish and English.
- Proven leadership experience in commercial, business development, or marketing roles within consumer/retail sectors.
- Deep understanding of Turkish retail, distribution, and market dynamics.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated success in managing key partners and scaling online channels.
- Ability to navigate and deliver results within complex, cross-functional matrix organizations.
