What you will do

• Lead market assessments to identify and prioritize global commercial opportunities.
• Translate operator and player insights into actionable product requirements tailored to local regulations.
• Partner with regional sales teams to support strategic account plans and large-scale product installations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in customer meetings, trade events, and technical demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to ensure products meet regional technical and regulatory standards.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to inform global roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Gaming Technology required.
• 8–12 years of professional experience in the casino gaming industry, with at least 5 years in a technical-commercial or product leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Table Games operations, dealer workflows, and player engagement metrics.
• Proven record of managing multi-country commercial operations and product launches in regulated markets.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Ability to travel 20-40% globally for customer engagement and product support.

• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent).

• Experience with ETG systems or progressive technology.
