TL;DR

Staff HR Operations Specialist: Managing daily site operations and HR processes in Vietnam with an accent on payroll coordination, audit readiness, and Workday transactional accuracy. Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, Vietnam.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary on-site anchor for Vietnam, ensuring smooth daily HR operational flow across Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang sites.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, payroll cut-off discipline, and maintenance of personnel files.
  • Execute APAC Tier 1 enquiries, ensuring timely resolution and accurate Workday transactions.
  • Support statutory and audit requirements, including SOX and ISO inspections, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Facilitate manager enablement for APAC by localizing policies and providing practical checklists.
  • Provide monthly performance insights to support SLA improvements and process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of HR Operations experience in Vietnam, specifically in onboarding, payroll, and audit readiness.
  • Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow or similar case management systems.
  • Business English and Vietnamese (written and spoken) required.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data reporting.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
