What you will do

• Review and annotate Northern Sotho training data.
• Evaluate AI-generated text for accuracy, fluency, grammar, syntax, semantics, style, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify and document recurring language and model error patterns.
• Provide expert feedback to improve model performance.
• Collaborate on prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluency in Northern Sotho.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing, or a related field.
• Strong cultural knowledge and clear communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to provide a secure computer and stable internet connection.

Nice to have

• Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.
