What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure health across on-premises and cloud environments to proactively address performance bottlenecks.
• Coordinate and execute patching schedules for servers, endpoints, and network devices to maintain security compliance.
• Manage virtual and physical servers, storage, and network components including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement system changes and upgrades following ITIL and Kanban methodologies.
• Provide 2nd line support for infrastructure and network-related incidents.
• Develop and support backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure or system/network administration roles.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies (VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewall management.
• Fluent English and Croatian language proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Rijeka, Croatia.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA or Azure Fundamentals.
• Networking certifications like CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA.
• Experience with automation tools including PowerShell and Terraform.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, SCCM, or Tanium.
