What you will do

• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-sales support for IP audio solutions.
• Execute high-level system designs including site surveys, coverage calculations, and bandwidth analysis.
• Construct detailed BOMs and schematic drawings using Visio or CAD.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet performance goals.
• Conduct technology and customer-specific training sessions.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.

Requirements

• Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, ideally in network video or physical security.
• Strong knowledge of intercoms, network audio, VoIP, and SIP.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Routers, Switches, VPNs).
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35% and work with heights/ladders as needed.
