What you will do

• Coordinate QA efforts and manage daily operations for an unannounced cross-platform title.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts to foster professional growth and high performance.
• Develop and maintain test plans aligned with design and technical requirements across all platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to integrate quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze defect trends and provide actionable insights to project leadership.
• Lead release readiness testing and support live operations to ensure build stability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of QA experience in the video game industry, including 1–2 years in a lead or coordination role.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
• Proven experience overseeing QA for complex gameplay systems or live service titles.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Testmo, and version control or build management tools.
• Familiarity with Unity and experience testing across mobile, PC, and console platforms.
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing approaches and QA methodologies.
