What you will do

• Draft and route statements of work, NDAs, and various service contracts.
• Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation.
• Procure and track specialized equipment and supplies for design labs.
• Oversee the lifecycle of physical design prototypes, including cataloging and disposal.
• Coordinate regional events, workshops, and team offsites in the AP region.
• Partner with leadership to support onsite and remote operational needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project coordination or executive assistance experience.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
• Proven success managing cross-departmental projects with Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in design, innovation, and sustainability.
