What you will do

• Define and execute GQ Taiwan’s editorial strategy in alignment with global objectives across site, social, video, and print.
• Collaborate with the Global GQ team to integrate digital and social best practices.
• Oversee content production quality and ensure compliance with legal and cultural standards.
• Lead creative execution and content strategy for major brand events such as Suit Walk and Men of the Year.
• Manage and mentor the local editorial team, including goal setting and talent development.
• Partner with commercial and revenue teams to identify and support business growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in editorial leadership within a media or publishing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital, video, and social media content strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and local cross-functional teams.
• Excellent management skills with a focus on team development and morale.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
