What you will do

• Mix, prepare, and test rubber materials and components.
• Operate specialized lab equipment according to established testing procedures.
• Ensure all safety and quality protocols are strictly followed.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies and raw materials as needed.
• Provide technical support and answer team inquiries regarding test results.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance lab efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be available to work a 3-shift schedule.
• Must be able to perform daily work in a standing or moving position.
• English proficiency required.
• Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a lab or technical environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a laboratory, materials handling, or mechanical work.
• Technical background.
• Proficiency in German, French, or Luxembourgish.
