What you will do

• Develop innovative mobile applications for iOS and Android across diverse industries.
• Work within cross-functional teams to integrate mobile apps into complex client system landscapes.
• Determine the optimal technical approach, choosing between native, cross-platform, or hybrid solutions.
• Create prototypes and implement solutions with a focus on quality, performance, and security.
• Coach team members in mobile development best practices and agile methodologies.
• Build a deep understanding of client domains and project requirements to deliver high-value software.

Requirements

• Business-fluent German is a must.
• Proficient command of English.
• Technical degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in computer science or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in mobile software development.
• Strong expertise in Swift/iOS and Kotlin/Android ecosystems.
• Experience with modern mobile architectures, clean code, testing, and CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-platform technologies like Flutter or Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Background in consulting environments or technical leadership.
