Tajik Language Specialist (AI Trainer)

What you will do

• Review and annotate Tajik language content to improve AI model training.
• Assess AI-generated outputs for fluency, accuracy, and cultural relevance.
• Identify and document linguistic error patterns in model responses.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts and evaluation guidelines.
• Provide expert feedback on grammar, syntax, and semantics.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tajik is required (native or near-native level).
• Demonstrated professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, or editing.
• Must be based in Turkey.
• Ability to provide a secure computer and stable internet connection.
• Strong attention to detail and cultural knowledge of the Tajik language.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in linguistic annotation, training, or coaching.
