What you will do

• Oversee the execution and quality of all creative deliverables across the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in design leadership or senior design roles.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Advanced proficiency in design principles and digital-first design practices.
• Proven experience managing design teams and coordinating complex workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards for digital assets.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
