What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and produce clear, traceable functional documentation.
• Perform Fit-Gap analysis to align business needs with Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
• Implement and support configuration changes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve system issues.
• Manage defect tracking and collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support.
• Support user adoption activities and facilitate testing cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or technical sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, Security, and data migration tools (HDL, Spreadsheet Loader).
• English proficiency of B2 level or above.
• Must be able to work on-site in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with PeopleSoft HCM as an implementor or functional system administrator.
