What you will do

• Maintain operational security posture for information systems in support of DoD SAPs, working closely with ISSM and ISO.
• Develop and update authorization documentation and authorization packages; ensure approved procedures for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware and media.
• Coordinate and assess security impact of changes to hardware, software, or firmware with ISSM and AO/DAO prior to implementation.
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with the security authorization package and keep IS security documentation current and accessible.
• Collect, review, and document audit records (including anomalies) and monitor system recovery processes to ensure security features are restored correctly.
• Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and support implementation of countermeasures; execute cyber security self-inspection coordination and review system assessment plans.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• Top Secret/SCI clearance required; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• 2+ years of related experience
• SAP experience required
• Certification: IAT Level II or IAM Level II within 6 months of hire (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security)
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
