What you will do

• Own mobile features end-to-end from concept and architecture to implementation and release.
• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Integrate mobile applications with hardware using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and native APIs.
• Contribute to application architecture to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Review code and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Act as a bridge between product, desihirify.global, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building mobile applications using React Native and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with mobile hardware integrations or native mobile development (iOS/Android).
• Understanding of complex state management patterns like XState, React Query, or MobX.
• Ability to debug across both JavaScript and native layers (Swift/Kotlin).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile release processes.
• English proficiency required for clear communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
