What you will do

• Identify, sign, and nurture promising songwriting talent in Korea.
• Organize and lead songwriting camps, writing sessions, and creative initiatives.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and commercial partnerships to ensure competitive growth.
• Build collaborations with brands, agencies, and entertainment platforms including film, TV, and gaming.
• Work with regional and global teams to align local creative output with worldwide strategy.
• Showcase the music catalog to maximize placement and commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of experience in A&R, creative services, music publishing, or production.
• Strong existing network within the Korean music industry.
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.
• Proven track record in identifying and signing successful talent.
• Excellent project management and negotiation capabilities.
