What you will do

• Review and annotate AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and naturalness.
• Perform linguistic QA to identify and correct cultural errors or unnatural phrasing.
• Analyze quality trends to develop educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling and production phases.
• Offer specialized linguistic consultation to ensure AI outputs meet campaign expectations.

Requirements

• Native-level Lao proficiency (C1 or C2).
• Proven experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Background in linguistics, education, or related fields requiring high attention to detail.
• Ability to transform quality trends into structured educational resources.
• Must be based in Thailand.
