What you will do

  • Design and build responsive, high-performance pages directly in Webflow.
  • Develop scalable CMS architectures, multi-page templates, and reusable component systems.
  • Implement advanced animations and custom enhancements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across global regions.
  • Integrate AI tools to accelerate design workflows and content generation.
  • Ensure all builds meet WCAG accessibility standards and optimize for Core Web Vitals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in web design, digital design, or UX/UI roles.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS and interactions.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom development.
  • Experience with scalable component architecture and multi-collection CMS modeling.
  • Understanding of SEO, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

  • Experience with localization and multi-language website architectures.
  • Familiarity with Webflow apps, add-ons, and API-driven automations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise design systems and component governance.
  • Experience using AI tools for design ideation and automation.
