What you will do

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source MRO items, manufacturing equipment, and services.
• Prepare and launch requests for quotations while evaluating price, quality, and long-term value.
• Support negotiations to balance cost efficiency with sustainable supplier relationships.
• Establish long-term agreements and catalogues to simplify procurement processes.
• Maintain communication with suppliers to monitor contract performance and partnership health.
• Assist in creating sourcing strategy documents and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, or Purchasing.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
• Confidence to take initiative and communicate respectfully with colleagues at all levels.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in additional European languages, particularly French, German, or Luxembourgish.
