What you will do

• Lead the ORP team at Oslo Airport, managing staffing and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airport management and authorities.
• Manage and optimize the refunding network, including agent contract negotiations.
• Drive the transition from traditional refunding to fully digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the Cruise Key Account Manager to ensure operational alignment.
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations across all refunding channels.
