What you will do

• Pull, verify, and reconcile campaign data from CRM and analytics systems.
• Create and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into communication program performance.
• Support lifecycle leads in designing A/B and multivariate tests with sound methodology.
• Define and track player segments across the portfolio to identify universal and title-specific patterns.
• Validate targeting attributes and partner with data engineering to resolve data quality issues.
• Present experiment results with clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing or CRM analytics, ideally in gaming or live services.
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one BI tool such as Looker or Tableau.
• Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platforms to interpret campaign data.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple reporting workstreams simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience in games, apps, or retention-driven consumer products.
• Familiarity with event tracking tools like Segment, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Background as a player or operations manager in the gaming industry.
