Senior Information Architect

TL;DR

Senior Information Architect: Leading information architecture and data governance within defined data domains with an accent on defining standards, information modeling, and ensuring high-quality business-ready data. Location: Must be based in Lithuania, Latvia, or Estonia (Hybrid work available).

Salary: €4,400–€6,000 gross (depending on country of employment).

What you will do

• Own and lead information architecture within assigned data domains.
• Define and maintain information models, naming conventions, and data standards.
• Establish and uphold data quality frameworks and improvement initiatives.
• Lead complex, cross-stakeholder discussions regarding data structure and usage.
• Ensure business and analytical requirements are embedded in data development.
• Support the development of scalable operational and analytical data services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data engineering, IT analysis, solution architecture, or product ownership.
• Strong understanding of information modeling and the IT development lifecycle.
• Experience leading or coordinating complex data or analytics initiatives.
• Fluent English and understanding of at least one Baltic language (Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian).
• Ability to lead through influence and bring structure to complex topics.
