What you will do

• Specify, develop, and implement production equipment to meet performance and reliability targets.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by monitoring KPIs like OEE, efficiency, and downtime.
• Maintain technical documentation including work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support to production teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
• Support new product introductions, prototype builds, and layout development.
• Manage ERP system updates and participate in investment and quotation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field.
• Fluency in Estonian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
