What you will do
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate and supervise general office maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate in-house events, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute administrative documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle staff travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English (written and verbal).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
